The all-in-one machine combines the fan and the soot purification part into a whole. In addition to the function of the lampblack purifier , it also has the function of exhausting smoke. The structural design is scientific and clever. Now the structure of this soot purifier is analyzed. And compared with the serial connection of the single fan and purifier, in the overall structure:

The first part: the inlet end of the lampblack purifier has a large impeller fan. The fan is independently developed. The inner frame is provided with an oil collecting groove. The fan is rotating at a speed, on the one hand, it can achieve the effect of exhausting smoke. On the other hand, it can be The oil collides and adsorbs, and is sucked into the oil collecting tank by the centrifugal force, and is disposed along the pipe wall flow collecting oil tank, where the soot particles of about 60% can be cleaned up.

Part II: After the air enters the high-efficiency interception layer, this part is mainly to intercept the micro-scale medium-sized soot particles that escape after centrifugation and de-oiling. This part can filter out about 15% of soot.

The third part is electrostatic purification. After two layers of purification, the particles entering the electrostatic field just meet the ideal size of electrostatic adsorption, which is the most ideal state of the effect of the lampblack purifier. This part can absorb about 20% of the soot, and the rest There may be some aromatic molecules in the gas, which is the smell produced by the oil smoke. Therefore, the deodorizing and deodorizing section is added in the last part , which plays a good role in the noise reduction and taste removal of the soot purifier itself.
